For Jarrod, North Florida's springs and rivers are more than beautiful places to visit — they're part of some of his favorite childhood
memories. From summer adventures at Royal Springs to now sharing those same kinds of experiences with his own children, his love for this special corner of Florida has only grown stronger.
Together with his wife, Elena, and his mother, Robyn, Jarrod is bringing that appreciation for family, nature, and the outdoors into the vision for Stillwater Estates.
With five children and a sixth on the way, Jarrod and Elena understand how meaningful it is to slow down, explore new places, and create memories together.
Their vision is simple: to create a welcoming North Florida getaway where families and travelers can enjoy the outdoors, feel at home, and make memories of their own.
